「Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.」

「My room was at perfect temperature when i arrived (requested). Room was immaculate, bedding firm and extremely clean, shower was very clean & well stocked with linen. 「Made a reservation through Expedia, and because we had a late arrival (3am) they canceled our reservation without notice. Once we got to the hotel they told us that they canceled because we didn’t pay online since we chose the pay at property option and they had high demand and they were booked out.
