「This was a nightmare from the time I walked in to check in. At check in the man asked if I had a pet? I said no, my boyfriend has an ADA service animal. He asked a lot of illegal and HIPPA violations questions, he also asked me to have the dog preform his duties, very illegal as well. He tried to charge me a pet fee again very illegal.
