"Great boutique hotel in the south loop area. Good proximity to restaurants and sightseeing including Grant Park. Excellent friendly staff who greets you when you return to the hotel and very responsive to every need. "

"Excellent king room, no view unfortunately but it was so comfortable and quiet. Hotel is right in the heart of things. It has a bar and restaurant downstairs and a 7-11 shop on the corner. It's close to several L stations too but walkable to many places too."

"I didn’t have any hot water for the first 36 hours or so. There is no WiFi. The TV has around 15 channels but no remote. Neither of the restaurants were open during my 3 day stay. Beds are super hard. "

As a solo traveler attending a conference, the accommodations were comfortable and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a beautiful historical landmark, ideally located within walking distance of major attractions, shops, and entertainment. Getting to and from O’Hare airport was seamless via train, taxi, or rideshare. Highly recommend! "
