"For the price, I was very impressed by the friendly service at the front desk, clean room with extra amenities like ear plugs, and decorative extras in the room that made it really cozy. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning was nice and cool. We stayed to be close to the Pismo beach golf club (10 minutes away) to play first thing in the morning. We had a wonderful stay and then a great golf morning. I highly recommend this place as a clean, nice place to stay for a great price!"

"We really enjoyed our weekend at Pismo Beach. We visited our daughter at Cal Poly. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Not only was it very clean and we got good sleep, but the pool and jacuzzi were just what we needed after a long drive. The breakfast was a little sparse - it’s really a continental breakfast - but that was fine because there are a lot of cafes and small restaurants nearby. We will stay here again"

"Excellent location and amazing value! The room quality felt more like 5 star hotel than a motel! It’s family owned and run by husband- and- wife team who clearly take a pride in the property. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the incredible dune beach just a minute away- only $5 for all day parking,including in and out as many times you want! And you park your car by the water! Don’t forget a beach chair and an umbrella! It’s a huge parking space for free, but a walk to the ocean. And did I mention the price? One of the best values I have found, with parking included! Can’t wait when September is coming next year!!!!"
