Nice place

Nice place close to the beach and Pismo Beach. The hotel people were very friendly and helpful. It was convenient to a lot of things.

very satisfied with the room!!!!

The room was very clean. We really like this day. The TV was small. I would suggest getting new towels because they are very worn out but everything in the room was nice and clean the shower. We were very happy with our stay.

Honestly just from the outside I was concerned but, the gentleman working there was very kind and our room was so clean and spacious. We were only a two minute drive from the beach and other restaurants. We actually really enjoyed our stay.

Clean, comfortable, inexpensive motel.

Rather good for an inexpensive motel. Clean, comfortable bed, nice table, good vibe. Bathroom fixtures could use a refresh but nothing terribly wrong. Easy walk from Amtrak, the hill isn't as steep as expected. Building across the street is under construction and they started at 7am, so try to get a rear unit if it's still early 2025. Once they're finished you're golden.

This is not a fancy hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable beds. The owners/operators are very friendly and eager to accommodate requests. I liked supporting this small local business. The hotel is also a nice walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

The people who run this are such a sweet couple. Thanks to them or trip changed from fun to memorable. They grew sugarcane in their backyards and they were so kind to give a few of them. If back in Pismo this is the place I will surely stay. Very close to the butterfly grove and Grover beach.

It was so nice to find a place that took dogs, I am so grateful for that. The hosts were very nice and the place was clean. There was a very small bureau for clothing and could've been larger. The hosts planted trees and flowers along the parking lot wall to pretty the place up. Nice.

Our stay here was good. The neighborhood was run down and a lot of the surrounding stores, buildings and houses were abandoned or very old but the hotel itself was nice looking. The staff was nice. Our room was clean and had a fridge, microwave, tv, blow dryer, iron and ironing board. The bed was not the best but wasn't the worst either. At night it was quiet which allowed us too get a good nights sleep. The beach was right down the street just a few minutes away. We felt safe and comfortable and would stay here again.

The Seaview Inn was close enough to the beach to go there the night before and the morning after staying there. The owner was very friendly and helpful. There were some restaurants around and I tried to walk to them but it probably would have been a better idea to drive because the one I wanted to go to was a few blocks away. The room was big enough and clean enough. It had a microwave, TV, and coffee maker. The room we had looked like the bathroom / shower was remodeled. There were buildings in the way from view of the beach, but it was about 5 blocks from the beach. It is a good place if you want to get away from it all.
