「Cleanliness and customer service are everything to me and this hotel definitely met my expectations! 10/10 service overall. I usually don’t leave reviews but felt it was necessary for those that are having a hard time choosing which hotel to stay at with their family. The valet were also super friendly! 「Newly renovated room was beautiful, some finishings like door handles and hinges needed minor repairs and the A/C in the hallway was broken. Overall, nothing that negatively impacted our stay much. The pool, hot tub and beach were all great. The gym equipment was amazing for a hotel gym, high quality equipment that looked brand new. The service was excellent. I would stay again. 」
