The staff were super friendly and professional. The hotel is very close to the metro and is within walkable distance to popular attractions such as Kyoto garden, V&A the Museum and the National History museum. "

" polite and friendly. Our room was spotless although the room seemed a bit tired and could use a bit of updating. Bar and restaurant staff were professional and friendly too. Our only peeve was that we weren't allowed to tip the staff. I dont understand why we couldn't when we felt they did a good job. Overall,a lovely stay and id recommend the Copthorne Tara.for a pleasant experience. we were not allowed to tip the staff,which "
