"Room was clean, breakfast had plenty of options, staff are cheerful. However they do take an unexpected £50 deposit, the payment leaving your bank immediately. On check out they tell you your deposit will be refunded immediately or within the next day or too, still waitng nearly 48hrs later! Guess this deposit thing is new as NEVER been asked before on any Hotel.com stays before!"

"A cheaper end city centre hotel. Proves you get what you pay for. Rooms have paper thin walls therefore you can hear everything around you. 1 of the 2 lifts weren't working. Wasn't provided a towel. Bar and restaurant area have been seemingly closed for ages."

"Staff were so friendly and helpful - I missed breakfast and they managed to find me some pastries and drinks an hour after breakfast finished. The room was really cheap and better than rooms that are often much more expensive. The bed was comfy too! "
