「The staff were amazing!!! So lovely. Charlotte checked us in and because it was our 1st time in Liverpool got us a room that had a view of Liverpool which made us feel really speacial. 「Great communication, excellent apartment. I cleaned the sink myself when I arrived, but no problem I do this at home. The apartment was spacious and a home from home with high ceilings and comfortable furniture. It was an excellent alternative to the boring chain hotels I normally stay in every week night.
