「A cozy villa nestled around a small, well-lit garden in a peaceful setting. Conveniently, there’s a 7-Eleven nearby for essentials. Considering the remote location, hiring a self-driving ride for transportation might be a good idea. The staff is friendly, and the rooms and bedding are clean. While food delivery may not always be available, booking a cab is an option.」

「Charging about 100 US dollar for this and not as they promised pay back the money to us. (when we not even moved in to the room). They just refuse! Terrible experience. No reception, had to figure out a telephone number on a small sign on the window and some non english speaking person eventually showed up. Entrance and wiew showed on the pictures. Stay away from this cheating joint if you like a nice holiday!」

「I stayed at Baan Kalaya Garden for a week. I was travelling alone on a Motorcycle Tour of Thailand and after 14 days of riding from Chaing Mai. I wanted to stay and explore Phuket. I like small Mom and Pop motels instead of huge impersonal hotels. If you want 5 star spa and pool then this is not for you. But if you want to stay in a very clean welcoming friendly motel, than this is for you. It's in a good residential area close to the main road about two blocks walking distance to a 7-11 and...

「It was right on the beach. I could hear the sounds of the ocean. It was quiet, if you want night life not the place for you but if you are looking to relax, it is the best place. 」

「Die Zimmer liegen neben einer Schnellstraße. Weit und breit kein Restaurant. Frühstück oder sonstiges Essen und Trinken nicht vorhanden. Zum Strand sind es 50 Minuten. All das war bei Expedia nicht zu sehen. Ich hatte für 7 Tage gebucht, bin aber nach der 2. Nacht geflohen. Für die restlichen 5 Nächte wurde mir nichts erstattet.」

「This place has an amazing vibe. I loved my stay here (just under two weeks). It had everything I needed. The rooms were meticulously cleaned daily when I was out like clock work. The difference between Baan Rosa and resorts/hotel chains is it actually feels like a home. I couldn’t fault it. It was an absolute retreat for me and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bangtao area.」

「Very quaint place and unique design. Lots of lounging area to chill and relax. There's a small stream at the restaurant that adds to the vibes. Overall a nice place for those looking to escape the bustling city life. Downside is the location is far from beach. Takes about 10 mins walk to get to the main street with restaurants and convenience store. Restaurant at the resort is not open on Monday or late enough if you want food at night.」
