"This hotel looks plain and simple, not a lot of decorations but still look cool, clean and new. the hotel is kinda further off main street but not bad as a location."

"Tout est bien, au calme, propre... sauf le personnel d'accueil : pas un mot d'anglais. Ils sont obligés d'appeler leur manager à la moindre demande. Une demi heure pour leur faire comprendre que nous souhaitions une nuit supplémentaire (le site n'etait pas accessible)... la veille de notre départ, nous leur demandons de nous réserver un taxi pour l'aéroport ... pas fait ... Bref, pour un hotel de ce genre, un munimum d'anglais serait peut etre à prevoir."

"The room had two empty bottles of beer when we checked in. The staff were very good in every way, but the duvets do not have a cover, just a sheet under and a sheet over meaning during our sleep; we would touch the uncovered dirty duvet surface which many many others had touched during their sleep! The hotel needs to put the duvet in an entire case sheeting and then zip the bottom. When we requested this, the staff who are in NO way to blame were apologetic and said they did not have proper...

"This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful."

"Excellent value for money. Big room. Lovely pool. Fabulous breakfast. Hotel was very quiet during our stay in early January. Very attractive location and grounds. The beds were very firm. No safe. Proper showers were impractical due to absence of shower curtain. But these were minor inconveniences. We had a great stay and were well rested."
