The Blue Lagoon was a great hotel. We got a great rate due to traveling in the low season. The room was nice and clean, and the AC worked great. The breakfast was delicious, and had many options including made to order omelets and eggs. The pool was also a nice touch. Great to cool off on a hot day. The lady at the front desk even loaned us her umbrella when we were going out on a tour. The location was also great. Would definitely recommend for a stay.

This hotel is one of the friendliest I have stayed in. Central for absolutely everything while being a peaceful and relaxing place and has the added bonus of a lovely pool.

This is my second stayed in this Hotel, I requested first floor. Since they don’t have Elevator. The Bed and Pillows are good, too bad only 1 pillow per guest. The room and bathroom very clean, the bathroom very small. They do take care the place. Breakfast nothing special. The location is excellent near bus terminal, night market, plenty of restaurants, laundry mat 30meters full service. All the staffs are friendly.

Blue Lagoon hotel

Rooms were good and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very nice and plenty of it. Stayed 3 nights, had an issue with the AC on the 2nd day, staff immediately moved me to another room and helped move my belongings as well. Price for value is excellent! I would stay again.

Blue Lagoon was an excellent experience and perfect choice for my five nights in Chiang Rai. Super clean and the staff were perfectly gracious and friendly and responsive. Breakfast was served in spacious open patio and offered a good selection, but a little challenging for a vegetarian. Central location was convenient, too, and easy to roll to the bus station when moving on to Chiang Mai.

The hotel a bit old, but the room very clean, bed a bit old, good pillows. Bathroom very very small, the smallest sink, rain shower ride next to toilet seat, but super clean, first I was disappointed, but is fine, because is so clean. The stuff is very friendly, breakfast included.

Staff was great.,room was pretty clean except for the cockroach. The pool needs to be cleaned!!! Staff was very accomodating.. I would probably stay again if they clean the pool.

Great location! We walked to the night bazaar and clock tower. Beds are a bit hard and bathroom small. You can shower while on toilet. But good breakfast, nice staff, clean nice facilities.

Very convenient location. Close to the bus terminal and night market. Had a great pool and breakfast spread. Only has one key card thats need to run the electricity and AC so your room is hot when you come back at the end of the day until you can plug in your keycard and start up the AC. The shower has no walls, which makes the bayhroom all wet when you shower. Bed is very hard. TV is not a smart TV and there are no english channels. You get what you pay for and I still think it was a good deal and I would stay again.

Old property, needs total room renovations. The toilet/shower was same space, way too small. No soundproofing. Great pool! Close to bars, restaurants and tourist areas. Breakfast was mediocre. Friendly staff. You get what you pay for!

I had stayed here for 4 nights and it was ok, not bad but not great either. The bed is so uncomfortable it’s hard as a rock. The walls were super thin so people out in the hall way were walking us up every morning. But besides that the location was perfect, the staff was really nice and the breakfast was really good as well. Probably wouldn’t stay again but it worked for the short stay

Perfect location and a great value!

The hotel was an absolute gem! The location was perfect, with the Terminal 1 bus station, the iconic Clock Tower, and the bustling Night Market all just a short stroll away. The hotel's large swimming pool was a delightful oasis, perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the included buffet breakfast. It had an extensive selection of fruits, juices, cereals, soups, stir-fry options, pancakes, and cooked-to-order eggs and omelets. Every morning felt like a feast! The rooms, while a bit dated, were very functional and comfortable. I had a great night's sleep and appreciated the cozy atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Staff were very friendly and helpful! Room was smaller (standard twin) but very clean. I personally am not a fan of wet baths but the design in this one was perfect! lots of room and you could hang your towel inside and you didn't have to remove the toilet paper to keep it dry! Breakfast was included and though there wasn't a lot of western choice it definitely filled you up! Again the staff here were wonderful - great omelettes! The area felt very safe and very walkable! We were able to walk to the bus station and to the Clock Tower. Lots and lots of restaurant options very close at hand. Pool area looked very nice though we didn't take advantage of it. Water did feel a little cool but was probably quite refreshing after a hot day of touring! We would definitely stay here again!
