Also, there is very limited dining options in the evening in the immediate vicinity, and not everyone would be comfortable walking in this area after sunset. That being said, the property is beautiful, the rooms clean, and the staff/owners were very friendly and helpful."

"This is a beer basic hotel at a very cheap price. My hotel in Chiang Mai was the same price but much much better. This is a purely basic hotel. Not super comfortable, but comfortable enough. Needs major upgrading like a coat of paint and modern light bulbs. But once again, for the price, clean and does well for a few nights."
