「This property has so much potential if only it was run well. New building all the right parts. Run poorly. Examples: no hangers in closet until requested, phone had flashing message and over 5 day stay no one could figure out how to get the message, coffee cup lids didn't fit cups and yet they were left out to fluster customers (I suggested 3 days in a row to remove lids until the correct ones could be attained), no 1/2&1/2 after day 1 & I was told each day it will be here tomorrow, no regular...

「The staff was great and the location is amazing. The food from the in-house restaurant was really good and decently priced for the convenience. The breakfast didn’t change from day to day but was made well and I enjoyed it every morning I was there. Your room is scheduled for a cleaning every other day. I only have 2 complaints. 1) you are hit with a $50 + tax resort fee when you arrive. I was told that was for parking and for being on the beach. I guess this is okay but I HATE surprise charges ...

A very nasty broke downdown motel with questionable looking people all around bad bad odor leaks, opening in the bathroom ceiling cast the stains on the drapes, drapes were torn. The balcony porch was just as bad trying on the front door did not lock. Bathroom door did not close. The pictures are fake, it looks nothing like that.
