「前台的女人表现粗鲁，思维混乱，情绪不稳定，我预定过车位也知道需要付钱，她一定要我先去街上寻找免费车位，目的是避免停在他们的小停车场会带来的麻烦，去五渔村前她给了我错误的建议，她建议我们坐火车去走还在封闭的蓝线道路，事实上这些道路已经封闭很多年，第二天结账后我从房间返回把房卡放在前台，并和清洁的女工说了，下楼后看到她和我的孩子要房卡，我和她说房卡我还回去了，回去就可以看到，可是她疯了一样一定要让我们和她一起回去，不停的说不还房卡要扣钱，我坚持没去，然后她回去找到了房卡.我们在意大利旅行住过五家酒店，前面四家都很顺利愉快，只有在这里遇到各种问题，都是因为这个愚蠢自以为是的女人.」

「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「Agriturismo La Collina Verde is a 5-7 mins walk from Levanto train station on a small mountain surrounded by vines and greens. The walk is slightly uphill but very doable. Parking is free. The room has all basic utilities and the shower has good water pressure. The breakfast is the highlight of the stay. Our host is definitely the KING of Marmalade- he served us 5 different types of Marmalade with their homemade bread along with freshly baked foccacio and pizza. Simple food made perfect with...
