Very friendly hosts, felt like a true bnb experience. I am very allergic to dogs tho (there are two on the property) and felt like I was always a little sneezy waking up in the morning.

Wer keine Hunde mag, sollte dieses Hotel eher nicht buchen, denn die Vierbeiner sind hier ein fester Bestandteil des Hauses. Das Hotel hat zwar nur 2 Sterne, aber es ist wirklich absolut in Ordnung. Die Lage mitten in Rapallo ist einfach super: In nur 2 Minuten ist man in der Fußgängerzone der Innenstadt, in 5 Minuten am Strand und der Bahnhof ist auch maximal 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass das Hotel eigene Parkplätze anbietet. Unser Aufenthalt war rundum schön. Die Besitzer sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und geben sich große Mühe, es jedem Gast so bequem und angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können sagen: Wir hatten definitiv schon Aufenthalte in 3-Sterne-Hotels, die deutlich schlechter waren!

Hotel in buona posizione da cui ci si muove agevolmente a piedi. Camera e bagno comodi e puliti. Buona la colazione (buonissimo il cappuccino). Ambiente informale in cui sono stata accolta come si accoglie un'amica. E se amate gli animali (come me) ci sono due cagnoloni che vi conquisteranno. Grazie per avere reso il mio soggiorno così piacevole.

Quel séjour mémorable ! A cause des bouchons au Nord de Gênes, nous arrivons à 01:00 du matin :-( et sommes accueillis très chaleureusement par Marco, malgré l’heure. La chambre est très agréable, la propreté impeccable et une atmosphère très particulière : on a l’impression d’être accueilli dans la maison, chez des amis. Le petit déjeuner copieux finit par nous ravir au milieu des discussions et des conseils de nos hôtes. Un moment unique, presque trop court chez Marco & Filippo qui ont fait preuve de tant d’hospitalité. Il sera impossible de repasser à Rapallo sans séjourner à nouveau dans cet endroit unique. Un très grand merci !

Una notte in un buon posto

Posto a 5 minuti dal mare a piedi con possibile parcheggio gratuito nelle vicinanze. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile a dare indicazioni per quarto riguarda tutto il necessario per il soggiorno la vacanza. Le camere hanno una particolare attenzione nei dettagli compresi di macchina del caffè espresso ed bollitore con tisane e te a disposizione nella stanza completamente gratuita. La colazione semplice ma ottimo sempre con un sorriso sulle labbra. Sicuramente un posto da tenere in considerazione.

San Desiderio Hotel, Rapallo

Our stay at the San Desiderio in Rapallo was excellent. The hotel is wonderfully situated, right in the centre of town, within walking distance of everything including trains and buses. The hotel itself was spotless, well-equipped, and far beyond what is to be expected of a 2-star establishment. Excellent and imaginative breakfast. The welcome we received was warm, and the owners are incredibly helpful.

Absolutely Fantastic stay with the nicest people.

Nothing was too much trouble. Marco and Philpee were so kind and helpful and made our stay a real pleasure. Their knowledge of the area meant that we had good advice on places to eat out and activities to do. Five Star service and lovely comfortable rooms. The shower was excellent too ! Will defintely stay again in the not too distant future ! Thank you !!
