「My friends and I stayed at Pescador's Paradise for our Labor Day beach vacation. The property was clean and larger than we thought, which was a huge plus! We received all the information we needed to access the property before we got there, and if we had needed anything, it would have been easy to get in touch with the owner.
I do recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as the ones provided are quite small and might not be enough for your group/family.
