This family owned motel is older and tastefully updated. It sits right on the bike trail and is very convenient to the cute little downtown shops and park. I will recommend it and stay here again. 」

「Superb hotel. Cozy and super clean. Can't believe this amazing hotel right on water exists in crystal river. They have a natural spring fed pool right on property extracting manitees to the pool overflow area. They have boat docks/parking for customers. If you have a kayak, can launch straight from the property parking lot. 」

「The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

Had not been fishing in a couple of years and did catch a few. Would recommend the Lullaby B&B. And the breakfast was to die for. Yum, yum.」
