"Room was clean and comfortable and even had a full-size refrigerator. But, it had no iron, ironing board, ice machine, or pool. Staff was very friendly and had a 24-hour coffee bar in the main lobby; centrally located to downtown Inverness so, able to walk short distances for supplies and restaurants. Could had gotten a better deal if I called collect (i.e., military discount, AARP, etc). Hotels.com needs to build this option into their reservation process."

"Great location and clean room. Reminded me of my first hose with the Florida terrazzo floors. Nice to have the small kitchen, although we ate out most of the time. Parking was right outside of of front door, so very convenient. Staff was helpful and nice. Our friends had to postpone their stay due to a family funeral, so we'll be back again next month with them!"

"Hotel was nice but the A/C made a lot of noise. The pool was nice but a bit old looking. Beds were really comfortable."

"The room was beautiful, everything was well maintained. Only issue was that there was some construction going on at the time of our arrival... made it a little inconvenient but did not really affect our stay."

"Overall this Microtel was a good value for the location. However there was some significant noise from rooms nearby. There's not enough sound deadening in the design"

"The resort is under major renovation due to hurricane damage. Despite everything they have been through its still a good place to stay. The pool was open during my stay. The beds are comfortable and rooms are clean."

"All went well. Staff was courteous and kind. I did not like that the elevator went out on day 2, However all else was excellent."
