「Stayed 7 nights and regretted it almost immediately. The photos are completely misleading. Here's what actually awaits you: Broken safe (staff shrugged and walked away), no nightstand between beds so everything goes on the floor, mattresses hard as concrete, no headboard so you wake up hitting your head on the wall, and a 2-inch gap under the door giving mosquitoes full access to your room all night every night. Bathroom had one random water temperature, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and...

「The room was clean and the air conditioner worked extremely well. Water pressure in the shower was perfect. The beach views off the balcony were stunning. There’s 24h security and you need key cards to access each floor above the lobby. We felt very safe and comfortable staying here.」

「I would recommend this place to someone who is interested in a low cost hotel and safe accommodation to stay .The experience that I have encountered with the staff were great and the cleanliness of the entire facility was spectacular up to standards. I just wanted to let everyone know that this place is not a five star hotel but it was well maintained and the staff were excellent. 「Stayed for two nights here because my flight got cancelled. Glad I chose this place because it was great. The rooms are very nice. Perfect location in the middle of Cartagena walled city. 3 blocks from the Clock Tower. Close to many shopping and dining options. Very secure and staff on site 24/7. They were very kind and helpful. No guests allowed so if you bring company they will not allow it. Overall, this place is fantastic.」
