「Me and my husband stayed here in May. The hotel looks exactly like the photos online, and it was gorgeous. Perfect location in the Walled City and great staff. We also booked a day trip to an island via them, and they definitely helped us. The only thing I would say is the bedroom is large but quite dark due to lighting. Also the hotel has a great rooftop area, but would great to have the hotel staff more present there so you can easily order food and drinks there. Would still come back to stay...

「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water.
