「Tv room didn’t work, no hair dryer, no body wash soap, has a washer and dryer but no detergent for it. Fan lights kept turning on in the middle of the night. Just poor on taking care of guests 」

「The Condo at the Four Seasons allowed me to get a room when the hotel was otherwise fully booked. Because it was a condo unit it had the added benefit of private bedroom, living space, and kitchen. The only 'ding' I'd give it is it required a somewhat invasive documentation process to get set up - namely scanning my drivers license in advance and sending it to a non-Four Seasons third party.」

「This property is in a nice location. Everything worked properly. I found it secure and safe and it was clean. The cons of this property is the curtains in the bedroom definitely need to be changed for some privacy when needed. Maybe get some that match the other room. It could use some fresh paint and a few touch ups mainly in the bathroom but it didn’t bother me much. Also when you check out they ask to leave the keys in the room but when I got to the elevator I couldn’t choose the floor I...

「Had a family medical emergency and needed a place to stay close to Jackson memorial hospital and the place was only a 10 minute walk. Everything from cleanliness to amenities was great and communication with host was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again if was in same situation. It’s close to expressway so a bit noisy other than that great!」
