「Staff was friendly, and the room was very comfortable. The bathroom wasn't necessarily dirty, but it could have been cleaner. I enjoyed the amenities, but didn't forget a wire if you need Internet and aren't a Bonvoy member」

「Valet parking only $40 a night is ridiculous for this area. Cars were drag racing in garage across the street until after midnight parking attendant said it’s a normal thing every weekend. It was very loud. Sheets were scratchy.」

「All the Graduate hotels have incredible charm and attention to detail. Unless you hate the local universities, it is a great place to stay.」

「The staff was incredible. The hotel was nice and smelled great. However, be prepared to pay for parking. The garage is about a block away and charges $20 a day. The hotel was recently opened so there was no gym and most of the electric did not work in the room. We had to move the refrigerator across the room and we had to plug the microwave into a bathroom outlet to make it work. The staff apologized and were super nice. There were "joints" on the floor in the lobby which smelled up everything....

「A dump! Peeling paint, the room smelled stale, slovenly person at the front desk, bugs in the room , dirty furniture, and no continental breakfast as they had advertised. Further, they absolutely refused to print out a bill detailing the charges.」

「I’ve given this location 3 chances because of the price and location of where I needed to be. The only staff member to ever smile was a maintenance man. All three check-ins I had three different people, none of them friendly at all nor smiled or offered any sort of help even when asked. Towels/washcloths are dingy/brown, cleanliness a 2, hairs and smears of who knows what in sink and headboard of bed, floors leave your feet/socks filthy, asked front desk for extra pillows and she said she didn’t...

「Breakfast was the pits, not worth your time. Staff were helpful checking in, and absent on check-out. The location was quite helpful for our travel purposes. I had better breakfast choices at a Quality Inn for less cost!」

「The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing and very attentive to our needs during our stay. You can actually smell how clean the rooms are and you can see housekeeping using an actual mop and solution to clean the rooms. This is the number one place to stay! I do wish they offered more amenities. The pool wasn't open at any point during my stay and I actually stayed for about two weeks, so I'm hoping that...
