"Our stay was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—right across from the Convention Center and a short walk to Market Square. The room was spotless and the hydromassage shower was a great touch after a long day of walking. We also loved the hot breakfast every morning. Room was very clean. Staff are SUPER friendly. Great location to Thompson-Boling Arena, and Neyland stadium. $25 for parking seems a little much, but that may be par for the course near downtown, as it's been some time since I've stayed in Knoxville. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. If you’re a light sleeper, make sure to ask for a room at the back of the property off the main road as it’s extremely noisy all night and early morning. Good breakfast options.

Perfect for a UT game or visit to campus. Very close. We were there visiting family. Parking is difficult. Breakfast is ok but was understaffed and out of items (on a weekend). Small lobby. Room was ok. Fitted sheet kept coming off bed. Bring your own pillow.
