「reception was there during check-in, very nice and helpful. everything was fast and convenience. the place itself is very safe and quite. if driving, there's a gate check-in - need to let them know it's an hotel stay for them to let pass. would stay here again next time in tulum. Parking available onsite which is nice」

「My husband & I stayed 4 nights recently. The hotel is just as pretty in person as it is online. The rooftop pool was beautiful, we didn’t make it to the pool on the 1st floor but it was calling our name every time we walked past it. Cat at the front desk checked us in, she was wonderful. 「This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

「We stayed in a beautiful, spacious unit with a large king-sized bed and living room that is impeccably designed. We had a porch that overlooked the pool. The owners were friendly, welcoming and quick to respond to our questions. The road in is bumpy and full of potholes but they’re no big deal. A great spot!」

「Lovely hotel, room was very clean, and bed was comfy. We liked the hotel amenities as well as the pool and lounge area. We had one breakfast and it was delicious sunny side up eggs and pancakes. I liked the area a lot. Much quieter than Cancun, but close to restaurants and enormous grocery stores “EL MORER” was awesome! We ate there and bought groceries too.」
