"Everything was ok just too much smoking"

"Checking in was great, and the staff was so patient with my half and I that if we wouldn’t have had to deal with the b*tch upon checking out “Staff” would’ve received 4 stars but were brought down to 2 stars, luckily up from the 1 star I wanted to give them. Room was nice. Swimming pool, hot tubs (6 total), and lazy river were clean and well maintained, casino was clean, staff definitely needs some training in customer relations and communications, but other than that everything else was up to par and an enjoyable "

"Not what I was expecting for business travel. Was more of an air bnb and less hotel. No staff, email you a code with entrance. They were nice when I called for assistance. Room was full of mosquitos. Hundreds!!!! And it’s not like you can change rooms. Not happy "

"We have stayed here a few times. Since covid the free breakfast items are lacking. I like the location and its very reasonable price, but not having real half and half for coffee or any decent breakfast is not worth it. "

"We really liked rhis resort only that the sofa bed cover and sheets were never changed out super dirty. I did call fronf desk and rheh sent clean one up. The slide is also only open until 4:45pm so kiddos weren't able to enjoy that. Resort is nice by mountains "
