"Amazing facilities. Not everyday you get to stay at a former palace residence, but some of the amenities could be updated. The beds were not very comfortable. He gave us great recommendations, and even provided assistance with getting a ride to the Amalfi Coast. Couldn't have asked for a better host. I'm disappointed in myself that I didn't give a review as soon as I returned. I'm leaving a review a year later, thats how great he was!"

"This is a great hotel- the staff is amazing! Very kind, they care about you being comfortable in the apartment (which was a beautiful space!) and around the city. They were proactive before our stay, helped show us how to get in, offered to help with navigating the city. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Small shower in one of the rooms. Larger in the other room. We had two rooms for a family trip. Elevator was a pleasant surprise also. "

"“The hotel was clean, modern, and beautifully updated—I especially loved the bathtub! The room had an electric kettle with plenty of tea and coffee, which was a nice touch. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Although the surrounding area isn’t the nicest, there are lots of good restaurants and shopping options nearby. It’s also right across from Piazza Garibaldi, where many tours start, so it’s very convenient overall. Would I comeback? Absolutely!”"
