「Hotel and room were very nice, however a hidden parking cost was not appreciated. Was told I needed to pay for parking at reception on arrival, when I mentioned to manager(?) that evening that it showed that parking was free both on Expedia and their official website he said it was a new charge that they obviously hadn't updated online, but was given no choice but to pay or leave (hotel is on a main road near no other options!)」

「Nice enough . Bar seems a bit pricey. Service can be slow , car park is tight. Good for a night stay . Town is close by with a decent mix of bars and restaraunts」

「I didn’t have a hot tub」

「The room was a bit tatty, needs updating and decorating, carpet was stained but clean, large comfortable bed and fridge in room, which was useful. The staff were very helpful, showing me to my room and completing the parking online form to register my car for the carpark. Its a pity the new owners no longer allow dogs in the hotel. I would return if they reviewed their policy.」

「Room was clean and nicely presented. There is significant building work taking place so restaurant not open (which they did pre-warn me about,), and skeleton staff. However, the staff were super helpful and friendly. Everything closes at 8pm ( bar, front gates etc) so not a place to stay if you are looking to relax of an evening outside of your room. 」

「Room directly facing rubbish collection point, so flies flew in via the opened window. We immediately asked for another room, and the staff took actions promptly. But this room seemed to be vacant for some time, as it was quite dusty.」
