「Hotel was as described. Convenient location but the area itself just wasn't our scene. It was walkable but some of the area seemed a tad unsafe with the bus stop across the street and many homeless wandering about. The room was comfy otherwise and plenty of space. Hotel check in lady was very nice. We did not pay for valet. Found a street spot after 8 pm for free which was nice.」

「Everything was great—even the breakfast was excellent, despite the extra charge. However, since there are clubs nearby, the music can be quite loud at night.」

「This is truly a superb property. Staff is extremely friendly, beautifully appointed rooms, great bar and restaurant. Location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown. If you are in Colorado Springs, this hotel is a must stay! 」

「They really have the best breakfast like other reviews said. We were there for four nights and had breakfast 4 times, we enjoyed it so much. There was a wide selection of breakfast items. Tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day. The location was excellent and minutes away from major attractions. We are very happy with our stay!」

「This place was extra dreamy with holiday decorations and a blizzard outside. The snow was beautiful from the 12th floor.」

「First the desk clerk tryed to charge me more for the room when I arrived. The bathroom look like some one died in it, the heat didnt work so they gave me a floor heater that was older than me which kept knocking out the power which happened 4x. The last time was around 11pm. I was with out power in the middle of winter after an hour i just left. This the worse hotel i have ever stayed in. 」

「This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.」
