「Our favorite property on Tahiti. Great staff, beautiful black sand beach, loved our suite. Only two things we thought could be better, the "hot tub" by the pool is not heated, and the restaurant food was a bit inconsistent. We had great food most of the time but on a few occasions the same dish two nights in a row were very different. Small issues, we will definitely be back.」

「The proximity to the airport, the transport to and from the airport, and the quiet neighborhood was a plus. The breakfast was not cheap $20 US, but was excellent and very convenient. We arrived late into Papeete and this was an excellent choice after a long flight. 」

「The room is really big and super clean. Has everything we need. It’s just opposite to the ferry station so perfect for our purpose. 」

「This is a delightful, welcoming and serene guest house located high on the hillside above Puna'auia, just south of Papeete, with a view of Moorea in the distance. My only note of caution would be the challenging, sometimes rough and very steep drive to the property but the way is well marked. The breakfast is fantastic and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend for those looking for a quiet, laid back experience. 」

「Pension Pare Lodge was amazing. Very clean and friendly staff. The environment at Pare was serene and relaxing. We loved the pool, the chickens and their antics, and the cute dog. I would highly recommend Pension Pare Lodge. 」
