「We love everything for this hotel: 1) The room is superb clean. 2) The room design is fantastic, beautiful and great to stay with family. 3) The facilities is complete. 4) The toilet is very clean and nice view. 5) The restaurant, laundry service 24 hours, the Tesco, KFC, Mamak stall is just near by. (just walking only) is really conveniences for guest. 6) A lot of parking, not so crowded. easy to get close parking from the Hotel. 7) Safe area. 」

「The resort is surrounded by palm tree very nice scenery of valley, lake mountains, and river. Good price for decent accommodations. Good service from staff. Clean room and soft bed. 「非常独特的精品酒店，每一个角落都是值得摄影留下纪念，酒店楼下的咖啡厅是有著名的，环境优雅，下午茶好地方，隔壁就是Aeon Shopping Mall,如果驾车去市区大约5-10分钟车程，服务员都很有礼貌，很精心的为我们安排，还免费给了我们一些行程表参考，我们5人租了2间房间，是可以相连的房间，大家都十分满意，房间厕所都很大，很美观。有提供吹风机，浴袍，牙刷用具，矿泉水，全都是免费的，房间所提供的东西都有印上M Boutique 的 Logo ,很精美。下次还会再入住以及介绍给亲朋好友，谢谢这次的热情款待。」

「The hotel location is perfect, nearby have food stall. At night can hear the vehicle sound move around, room can improve on sound proof. Hotel policy must be very firm, cause have smoke smell at night but the building is non smoke area. Parking lot entry the bump is slightly high non friendly for low car. Overall is good👍」

「We have an unhappy check in experience, we follow all the instructions that provided by owner but unable to access the smart door. We have contacted the owner more than 30 times and around 1 hour and from cloudy to raining but no answer. We have feedback the cleanliness of the comforter but there are no reply from owner. The light of the carpark room was no function and we need to open the gate and smart door in dark condition when we went back from dinner. We found cockroach at the bathroom...
