「Staff are nice and helpful. They provide free shuttle drive you to some specified places including train station to and from hotel. The driver Uncle Addy is a helpful and humorous person. They also provide simple breakfast . It will be perfect if the sleeping bed could be larger because they is only two single bed.」

「Helpful and friendly staff! Room decor and decor at the corridor, reception, and restaurant are awesome!」

「Room is spacious, public area is very clean. Just steps away from bean-spouts chicken and lots of bakery/gifts shops!」

「The staff is not responsible, 1st day did not his clean up and service the room. 2nd day, did not do his duty at all. When feedback, he hide behind the counter and leverage his Chinese drink stall staff to teach me a lesson. Thank you for the wonderful lesson from the drink store guy protect the irresponsible hotel staff.」

「Check in 時洗手間地面是濕的，裝修陳舊，沖涼只有頭頂上花灑，太貼牆，水力亦不夠。似時鐘酒店多d，不会再住。」

「Central location with lots of restaurants around. Unfortunately the communication with the hosting company wasn't well organized. They didn't answer back over messages via hotel.com messages, so I had to contact them over various other channels to finally get in touch with the right team which is handling the apartment. 」

「Everything is good because it's cheaper compare to other, staff really responsive, the cleanliness is good, if you are looking for just stay at night, and at the morning you go travel around, it's recommended 👍」

「Since there isn’t daily room service, the unit should provide broom and other cleaning tools. Water filter should be provided too. Need improvement in cleanliness. The floor feels sticky. No tissue paper provided for living room.」

「空間寬敞以價格來說CP很高，早餐準備的很豐富，只可惜飯店位置不在市區，沒有交通工具進出很麻煩！」

「The property is awesome and the pool and facilities are fantastic. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed but we found the set up a little different with the sink at the end of hallway. It is shown in the photos but just felt a bit peculiar in real life, can’t really explain why! E loved the rest of the apartment though and the beds are super comfy.」

「We love the hotel’s Art Deco/contemporary luxury design, making it a truly unique and beautiful property. A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

「整潔,整體不错」

「Very clean and beautiful. The bathroom can improve by installing shower curtain or door so the bathroom can stay dry. The shower stand fell apart and the owner got someone to install it back the next morning.」

「Host responded promptly. Unit was well cleaned & maintained. Location is good. Excellent value. Will come back again to stay with Vendor when back to Ipoh. Strongly recommended. 👍」
