「We lived on the first floor. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, the corridor was very noisy. It might be the guests staying there. It lasted for a while and then became quiet. Everything else is fine」

「Very nice newly renovated rooms, pool and hot tub nice extra, but could use more towels available for that. Breakfast was good but few options. Some kind of local paper for food and options other than activities would be nice. Staff was excellent and welcoming. 」

「Everything about our stay was great. It is self check in, so very easy. Upon arrival(at 10 pm), we discovered there were no batteries in the remote to the air conditioner. All we had to do was text them and they appeared within 5 minutes with batteries. The pet relief area was very convenient and well maintained. Bed was comfy, clean room. Very close to downtown. Would absolutely stay here again.」

「Lovely place to stay just outside Hot Springs! You have a view of the mountains, and yet it's only about a minute drive to downtown. We stayed in the Magnolia Suite which we thoroughly enjoyed.
