Pretty sure they didn’t clean the room thoroughly between stays . There was mascara in the pillow cases , questionable stains on the sheets along with a bunch of hair . Staff did bring me a change of sheets , but had to keep going to get different ones because there were stains on those as well . ...

Internet was fast. Rooms were spacious. Beds were terrific. Pool was nice. Breakfast could have been better. Shuttle to Busch Gardens was broken without notice. That was a big reason we chose this hotel.
