Room was cold. Heater would not heat up past 70°. In room Coffee service was terrible. Had to change rooms because first room smelled of cigarette smoke. Hotel restaurant was less than average. In room sofa was stained. Carpets leading into most rooms elevator were severely frayed.

The staff Samantha and Araianne were awesome . The hotel was dirty and the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked a few times there was holes all over it and did not close property. Sailport Waterfront Suites
The room was fine. Beds comfy. The room was alittle outdated and the bathtub was cracked alittle. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was also great. The pool was clean but you have to get up early to get a seat. We enjoyed are stay here and the price was good for spring break time
