"The property is extremely convenient. The concierge is OUTSTANDING. The service and breakfast and food are fantastic. The rooms are spacious and very clean, but very dated—closer to 2000 decor and features than 2026. Would stay here again with lowered expectations for room amenities like USBC plugs and power outlets, etc. "

"My 6th stay here, so I must like it. It is a very good hotel for the money. It as 2 7/11’s either side. Shopping Unless it’s clothes you are looking for, you’ll need a taxi/tuktuk. It is time for a refurbishment. The passageways in tower A a re looking rather drab. Room are clean & tidy . Only thing I couldn’t do was turn air con down. I could lower it but in wouldn’t stay at temperature I set just re turn to the previous settings. If I stay in a Bangkok I’d stay here again."

"Clean, lovely hotel. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Nice distance away from the manic Bangkok! 20 min walk to China Town and boats easily accessible for further afield. "

"We were expecting a big room as we paid extra for it but the room was too small is what we thought. There was some smell in the bathroom as well. Other than that we had no issue"
