I very much appreciated the staff helping us getting checked in and explaining how everything works, they made us feel very welcome. Also, they were very helpful at checkout with getting our luggage sent to our next MONday Apart Premium location. The Japanese style room was excellent and the view of Skytree right outside our door was so cool. I would love to stay at the Ueno MONday again sometime & will recommend highly to my friends and family.

Very conveniently located. Close to all major subways and JR station. Able to walk to take Shinkansen. New hotel with new bedding and equipments. Friendly staff.
