Excellent property, clean, modern, very spacious room. Professional staff. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Our room has a great view to Fuji! Only a short walk to Tachikawa station. This is our 2nd time staying at the hotel. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will definitely stay at Sorano next time we visit Tokyo again!

The room was spacious and perfect for a family trip. The location was also quite convenient — easy access to central Tokyo areas like Shinjuku and Tokyo Station. We loved that there were plenty of great restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. Overall, it felt like a relaxing resort stay, and we’d definitely love to come back again.

Our stay at the Sorano Hotel was amazing! The hotel is located in an extremely convenient location, and equipped with everything a traveller can dream of, amazing pool, preserved park, kids/pets friendly, and nicely finished interior.

Loved the beautifully appointed pet-friendly suite. It was perfect in every way - clean, well designed, well appointed, great views of the park. Perfect. The only surprise was the need to make an extra payment to use the pool, even if you are a guest of the hotel. Given how much we pay for the room, it seemed strange to have to pay to use the pool.

Probably one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! Late check out at 12 o’clock was fantastic, the pool and spa facilities are phenomenal. The city was very vibrant and modern. Would love to go back again one-day!

This is a great hotel with a rooftop onsen. The rooms are modern and very spacious. I enjoyed the dinning options, especially the amazing breakfasts options! The location is excellent with easy access to many dining and shopping options.

This property opened after the pandemic and we have stayed twice. It is a new hotel so it is fresh and very stylish. The staff is very accommodating and although English is a second language (as it should be) each staff member goes out of his/her way to take care of your needs.

Super nice hotel, outstanding service and very comfortable! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great, very close to Tachikawa station, with many dining and shopping options. There is also a very nice park right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay here. The hotel and surroundings are exceptionally beautiful and well designed. The view from the room and balcony towards the park is spectacular. I cannot say enough good things about each and every one of the service staff, especially the front desk manager/asst director, who went out of his way to help us with advice and restaurants reservations etc. And just about everything we ate at Tachikawa was delicious.
