"this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. I have traveled 3rd world countries that were better than this. the room stunk. the halls were worse. the pool was green and had things growing in it. it has not been useable for a very long time. there is wiring run exposed everywhere. when you ask the staff for something they ack as if you are putting them out. the homeless that are walking around the place wouldn't stay there."

"The staff were very friendly. I got a 2 bedroom suite for me and my family. The rooms are beautiful and clean. My only pet peeve with most hotels in general is that they only provide 3 towels when the room sleeps 4. We asked for an extra towel and it was provided right away. Breakfast and the dining area was very spacious. Free 24hr coffee was great. You need your room card to go up or enter areas such as restrooms in the lobby. I find this a good security measure. I would stay here again."
