「Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!! 」

「The Hotel Ciclamina was located in a v good place to explore Siracusa and Ortigia. It was also opposite a park and close to shops and a good supermarket. It was a delight to be collected from the station and brought to the hotel and similarly to be returned to the station at the end of the stay.
