"Staff was amazing. Very accommodating. We experienced some major issues with our shower breaking and not working. Maintenance was up quickly. It was a lengthy repair. Antione was very professional!! He was super mindful of our family and the situation we were in. My two kids and wife and I had just got back from the pool and it was getting late. He was quick and effective and while he was doing the repair he sent us downstairs to get dinner at the restaurant. At first they said they didn’t have any room in the restaurant due to a party going on in there. So we went back to the room and when we got there he asked us why we were back. When we told him he waited a couple mins and said “I forgot a tool I’ll be right back” He came right back up and said “your table is ready downstairs”! We knew he didn’t go downstairs to get a tool. This man is the the true embodiment of hospitality and what it’s supposed to mean. I can’t say enough nice things about the man and the restaurant manager and front desk staff that night. Definitely saved our experience. "

"The hotel was dirty. My shower's body wash was empty. When I went to the front desk to ask. They said the hotel was out of body wash. The next day i asked for extra towels. They didnt have any at rhe desk. They said they would bring some to my room. They never did."
