The staff were all very lovely and check in was very quick. The room was quite basic but very comfortable. While a distance from Sydneys CBD the train is a 3 minute walk away and there are friendly staff to help you use them. The train in to the city took just over 20 minutes.

Pleasing stay. Housekeeping lady does an amazing job of keeping rooms and common areas clean. Only real issue was an a/c control unit that had no display so it was hit and miss to control the a/c. Would stay again subject to price.

Have stayed 4 times recently and always found this to be good value pub accomodation. Sadly, once again the biggest issue was the a/c controls. This time I had a completely non responsive control so I was stuck with the a/c blowing away on its existing setting for 2 days and unable to change it. Also unable to turn it off completely as the power supply is external to the room. I know the a/c people were in last week to supposedly fix all these problem controls but it didn't happen. Shame as I know the hotel is trying to improve the rooms. The recent addition of new fridges to all rooms was a massive step up. The addition of having at least one chair in each room is also badly needed and where there is space, a small table.

Room was dirty, bathroom sink blocked, dirty towels, thongs left in room, dirty sheets in closet, rooms are nothing like internet pictures and very old furniture. Would not even give them 0.1 stars. By far the worst place we have stayed at

You get what you pay for. It was cheap. Staff were extremely nice. And location was good. The room could do with an upgrade. Beds weren’t that comfy at all you could feel every spring.

The staff were very welcoming. The room was a bit disappointing but it was clean and did have air conditioning and a tv. The ammenities were adequate. The other guest were very noisy and i found myself being woken several times by doors being slammed shut. Overall the price was reasonable considering the standard of the accomodation however i will not be staying again.

This place feels like a share house than accommodation. A mass amount of rules will restric you during your stay. I wouldn't stay again, the rooms are clean but they are old and no work has been done to fix the falling apart areas.

The room was good for the price. The staffs were nice and helpful. Only complain I have is that some people were knocking on someone's door in the passage and making noise in the middle of the night around 2 AM for more than an hour. I could hear it in my room but I did not go outside my room to check because it was 2 AM. Overall, the place was good. Easy check-in and check-out and the staff in the bar was nice and helpful.

Very noisy. You can hear the tenants clearly. I was not able to sleep. The doors slams loud to to degree to wake up anyone in that hotel.
