Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were terrible, dirty, faded, damaged furniture and structures. No clean towels in rooms Clean sheets on beds thankfully

Stayed for a long weekend to attend an expo. The one bedroom is large and would easily accommodate 2 ad 1 ch. The kitchen was small with the basics supplied. The bathroom drains smelt like they need a clean out (place floor mat and sink plugs to stop the smell ) and the plastic shower mat provided was mouldy on the base. Location wise hotel was perfect to explore Sydney cbd, Chinatown and darling harbour.

The room was pretty basic & bad wifi access in most places in the room (on the 7th floor). Didn't find it very tidy & wasn't the best comms from their staff, especially when the wifi issue was shared with them. The location IS good with good food joints & train stations close by.

Liked location, because of renovations in area, poor air condition , had to ask for towels and toiletries, and phone line did not work. They gladly switched rooms for us but air conditioning was poor.

Convenient location to things this end of town but the rooms we had were discusting. Old furniture old carpet which had a smell and the bed matress had no support. one of the two rooms had huge holes in the bedroom walls and the balcony was covered in black stuff never been cleaned, many more bad things to say not worth my time. Save your money and go to another hotel.

The only thing that was good about this property was the location. The airconditioning didnt work properly, the bed sunk in the middle, there was food left on the floor, there was only one bowl and one plate for a 2 person apartment, the whole facility smelt like burnt oil from the cookers down stairs and it was extremely strong, and the whole facility needed some serious updates and maintenance. And, i still have not received my holding deposit back. If you want basic, simple low standard accomodation with a great location, than this place is it

If you set your expectations low - you won't be too disappointed. The rooms (although they are described as suites) are a good size but maintenance and cleanliness are absent. We had to be moved from our first room due to a good size water leak which they tried to cover up, placing a towel under the leaking pipe. Guess, it works for them till the towel is soaked! Be aware that even if you book with pay at the hotel option - you will be charged before check-in. You are pretty much ignored by front desk staff when you enter and exit the hotel. Was a great location but that is all that is positive about this place.

The hotels position is fantastic Easy access to China town and darling harbour ICC. The staff were all lovely Sadly the hotel needs a real good facelift.

Fantastic location

Seasons' location was brilliant; light rail two blocks away, railway station four blocks. The room was neat and tidy, however the mattress (thankfully not two singles pushed together as in so many hotels) was very soft.

The bedroom and bathroom were ok but the TV in the lounge just flickered, the dishwasher had the front panel falling off and there was no shelves in the fridge. Good location and reception staff pleasant

Apartments were a good size. Very friendly and willing staff.Was very quiet considering we were on a busy road. Trams were a minutes walk. Dining was right on our door step. Darling square just across the road.. Paddys market a few minutes walk away.
