Staff were ok, bed was clean, facilities old, and the sports bar didn’t have anything to drink non alcoholic other then water, the toilet (shared) had cigarette butts in it in the morning , slept in better for less and no near by food, but was convienent closeness to where I needed to go though

Comfortable room. There was a lot of traffic noise and noise from people walking on the wooden corridor and stairs all night. Only had 1 of 2 showers working. The accommodation was cheap.

Arrived at 5pm & room hadn’t been cleaned from previous visitors, the manager was lovely about it and explained that it was simply an oversight. We get things happen, didn’t ruin anything for us, so, we just dumped our stuff in the room and left for our concert at Olympic Stadium. Everything was clean and tidy when we came back. The shared bathroom and toilets are a bit shabby, but they’re clean and all we needed was a place to sleep, pee, and shower.

This one-night stay suited us well as a budget option. If you don’t mind a (clean) shared bathroom and traffic noise, dulled by double glazing, and a basic room with comfortable bed with air con, TV, and not much else for a good price, it is right on Parramatta Road, with parking but without an on-site restaurant. We took bowls, spoons and cereal and used the free milk and tea/ coffee for breakfast. We were welcomed on arrival by an attentive, efficient and hospitable manager. I live on a budget and appreciate properties like this, but some travellers might not be satisfied with the 1950’s tiles or the dripping shower. I appreciated the good welcome, easy parking, comfortable bed and air conditioning, so no complaints here.

Very dirty shared bathroom facilities, stains all over walls in the room. Very hard bed, only one pillow provided per person. Fire alarm went off at 1am due to a guest smoking in the toilets. Staff unable to turn off immediately and offered no apology etc Will not be returning
