The staff were really friendly and worked quickly to get us in our room early as we arrived in the morning. The only downsides were not knowing about the construction going on opposite the Quest and also that the parking was very limited and needed to be reserved. As someone with a disability close parking is always important. Luckily someone cancelled at last minute freeing up a space for me to reserve. I would appreciate knowing those 2 things in advance.

Best Place to stay for business stay

Sparkling Clean interior & Modern Furnishing. The property is located opposite to “North Penrith” exit of Penrith Station. Parking is limited (pre-booking required) on site however street parking (2P) is available around the place.

Neat, relaxing atmosphere and good staff! Well maintained property in nice neighbourhood. If you are annoyed of loud sounds make sure to tell the reception in advance as the rooms close to the train station are extremely noisy. Car parking organised and secured

It was very nice that our room was updated to a larger apartment at no extra cost but the noise from the construction outside of the window was very loud. We have stayed at this motel a lot of times in the past couple of years whilst I was getting Chemotherapy, shame that we didn't get the upgraded then when it would have been very appreciated

Amazing location close to train station and car parks. Also 6 minute walk to Westfield which was perfect. Apartment was beautiful and clean. Only thing that was a bit annoying was one tiny bathroom bin for the whole room, didn't want to leave trash everywhere so bad to go use a plastic bag. Maybe one extra room bin.
