Its a nice place with nicely set out rooms. Only issue is location is away from most amenities although the trams are only a 10 minute walk.

Although the lounge area was fine, the secondary bedroom was cramped, and we were unable to open the wardrobes without moving one of the beds. The beds were comfortable and the second bathroom okay, although the sink would not drain away. Kitchen was okay but could do with a toaster. Staff were polite and efficient. Good location.
