Good communication throughout. Views were stunning. Lifts were fast and although we sometimes had to wait for up to a minute for them to arrive, the system was clear and it was good to get an ETA on the wait time.

Service was pretty average as was the room for the premium we paid. No towels in the bathroom, had to call to get some and both toilets ran almost constantly. Given that we couldn't check in until after 3pm i would expect everything to be immaculate. Overall a nice room and great location but not even close to being "luxury".

Spacious three-bedroom apartment. So much room to move. Large kitchen, large lounge, with great views. Loved the location with so many food options just downstairs. Would definitely stay again.

Overall Impressed by the standard of the apartment. Large, common area very clean. and view from all rooms amazing, especially at night with all the city lights lit up, very pretty. Only feedback would be kitchen was a bit grimy, dirty finger prints on cupboards and the cooktop was greasy and unclean. Bathrooms could do right a re-grout to freshen up.

What a fantastic property, we were on the 67th floor and the views were amazing. We would definitely recommend it and would stay again.

The view was absolutely beautiful the kitchen smelt bad and needs an update and also the bathrooms need scrubbing. Bed was very comfy.

Great accommodation and location. Amazing views. Staff were very friendly. Only one small criticism which was we had to ask a few times to have our bin emptied. But otherwise couldn’t fault it.

We came for a family vacation and the place was average. The view from our room was beautiful and the beds were really comfortable, but the bathroom was a little bit small and a few towels we had were dirty. Although, it was handy to have a grocery store right next to the hotel and lots of dining options. Overall the stay was acceptable.

The location was great, easy to walk or take public transport. Didn't like the fact you could not pay cash for the room but they were happy to put a ridiculous surcharge on the room charge. The "mini" service was almost non existent, no cleaning was done, the bed wasn't changed only a small amount of tea/coffee etc was refilled and towels replaced. No tea towels are available which makes using the dishwasher for 4 cups a waste of water. Also a small clothes airer would be a good addition instead of using the dryer all the time.

Excellent and helpful staff. We arrange for a taxi for a morning departure but the taxi drivers kept cancelling our ride. The front desk staff stayed with us at the front of hotel until she got us a taxi.

Property located in central area with tons of shopping and dining surrounding, and easy public transport to all Sydney tourist sites. Only complaint was that during our 5 day 4 night stay, their heating went out and there was no heat in our unit for 2 nights, 3 days. Manager offered us one night discount but our room was uncomfortably cold since it was winter. Our unit was amazing though, 75th floor and amazing views. Highly recommend this for Sydney stays.
