Good experiences and good choices for staying
Liked · Staff are very helpful and professional. Great location, fine facility, reasonable price, and cozy beds. We stayed for about 2 weeks and felt like at home. Highly recommend.
Disliked · Due to the extension of our travel, we stayed in 2 different rooms during our booking. One was excellent (clean and renovated) and the other was old, unclean, and with stain. Maybe that's why some customers left negative feedback to Fiori (if they stayed in the old one). However, staff are extremely efficient and helpful who accomplished our request to move to the original fancy room in the upper floor. Fiori may consider renovating all rooms in order to maintain a standardized quality of accommodation. Overall, it's worth a visit in Fiori if you plan to stay in Parramatta.
