Great location. Close to everything (train station, shopping centers, restaurants, public transport). The room is a little outdated, needs a bit of renovation regarding the bedding (mattress, cutlery). Overall very nice stay!

Spent a couple of days here watching people from the balcony. Hours of entertainment here, specially later at night. Location is perfect for a quick walk to main eating area in parramatta. had all the amenities you would expect from a place of this calibre.

Good location and nice staff.

The location very close to the train station, Westfield and lots of shops and restaurants are around 5mins walk. The reception staff are nice and helpful. The room has all equipment and wash machine, but the bathroom and kitchen was not very clean and needs to improve. Very strong curry smell in the building and didn’t have room service during the time.

Place was great and staff very helpful and attentive. The room was great and as expected for an apartment stay. However the pool was freezing cold, the sauna was broken and not able to be used, and the spa could hardly be called a spa as there was only one jet doing its best and it was barely lukewarm. Other than that a nice place to stay!

Centrally located so catching a train is quick. Nice view on the 13th floor. The unit was dirty and in desperate need of an upgrade with many things broken or missing. A lounge or comfortable chairs would be nice too.

Friendly check in staff. Easy and affordable parking. The two bedroom is a very good size, beds were good. Bathrooms were good. The room itself was very tired, paint needs a freshen up, outdoor furniture on balcony in terrible condition. The whole building, hallways, reek of cooking from the other apartments, i guess tenants of the building. This was very over powering. Convenient walk to Westfield and dining.

GIANT BUGS - Mouldy showers and so much more!

Great last minute check in - but that was the best part. Shower was mouldy, room was dirty, floors were sticky, dust and dirt everywhere, the couch was collasped into itself, doors that were unable to be locked, no TV remote but the worst bit was the GIANT BUGS running all through the place. (Videos for evidence that I cannot upload here) Honestly the worst stay i have had in Parramatta - shame as the location was great!

This property was smelly including cigarette smoke. Lifts were inadequate. The stairwell was filthy. Taps were rusted. I don’t recommend staying here.
