Room was very clean and had all the things required. Staff were very friendly and happy to help with any queries, plus it was very safe at night and lockable room doors. Shared bathrooms were regularly cleaned and they had lots of them so you were never waiting. You could walk to the shops it was fairly close but we opted for the bus as my partner was on crutches at the time.

Excellent location, value and friendly staff. The shared kitchens and bathrooms were kept clean and tidy. Minor issue with the bed cover, however sheets, pillow and towel that were provided were clean.

It’s a simple, easy, fuss free stay - you’ve all the necessities you would need. Staff are nice and helpful. Don’t expect something 5 stars but for what you get, it’s decent frankly. The transportation options to get anywhere is really good. I would stay here again if I want something simple and to save costs.

Amazing find if you are looking for affordable accommodation in Sydney and are ok with sharing bathroom facilities. It is a clean, quiet and safe alternative if you just need a bed. Carpets a bit tired and a spruce up here would be a great upgrade but other than that I couldn't fault the place. would def stay again.

You can see the "covid paranoia" amongst MANY residents ; people RUSHING through NARROW corridors and entrances ; this is an obvious SAFETY issue. It is a HUGE lodge, with MANY rooms, and has MANY elderly, with mobility issues. Was in Bellevue Hill from 2009 to July 2023 and despite the area being full of covid 19, as yet, still remain covid free. Travelled widely in the northern region and it is a very UNHAPPY place ; development and all the traffic that goes with.
