「Unfortunately one of the worst experiences I’ve had, running upstairs and jumping all night till 1am. People outside making a ruck. Dirty towels, room was stuffy and ac took forever to level the temp but still stuffy. No blanket just thin sheet. The room had a bad smoke odor but front staff said they don’t smell anything but sprayed it. It was basically u get what u pay for and we just needed a bed and so it is what it is. Plus side there was parking and free WiFi, microwave, fridge and tv.」

「I don’t know what to tell you I have had si h wildly different experiences at this place. The first time I stayed there it was was gorgeous, perfect delightful. and that time I was able to pay the deposit on my card. The second time, I had cash for the room, I had my ID and money on my card, but that time they said it had to be a cash deposit.. ok.. I wasn’t able to get cash from the local atms, and I was sp tired, it was Christmas, and I had to work the next day, so they made an “arrangement”...

「The staff are very helpful The food was good, warm food was warm and cold food was cold. The Room was comfortable and clean. The pool was not heated and thus it was ice cube cold. Kids - liked the pool. Adults - we need to be pampered. The cushions that you sit on in the dining room need a good cleaning, as well as under the tables.」

「First the good: it is inexpensive, and the staff are extremely friendly. That's all. We had a reservation for 3 nights amd just left after the first one. The rooms are in terrible condition, and do not at all look like the pictures online. The sheets were covered in someone's hair. The furniture was all broken or missing parts. There's a new kitchenette with stove, but no pans. The shower head sprayed more water out the back than the actual spout so we couldn't bathe, which was the last...

「Managed to get an accessibility room after some discussion. Evidently you can only reserve them if you phone in and not by registering online. Also right outside the accessible room was the only ice machine for the whole facility and it is not secured at night. People were filling large coolers at all times during the night. Most did not actually stay at the lodge.」
