「Clean room staff bar」

「We appreciated the welcoming staff - often similar sized hotels only have 1 person at check-in but Ayres had 2 and they were efficient. They offered cookies in the evening and a very nice breakfast in the morning. We also took advantage of the weight room and jacuzzi. Finally, despite being close to the freeway, it was very quiet.」

「First the good: it is inexpensive, and the staff are extremely friendly. That's all. We had a reservation for 3 nights amd just left after the first one. The rooms are in terrible condition, and do not at all look like the pictures online. The sheets were covered in someone's hair. The furniture was all broken or missing parts. There's a new kitchenette with stove, but no pans. The shower head sprayed more water out the back than the actual spout so we couldn't bathe, which was the last...

「The room was clean. We asked for cleaning service every other day. No one came. Had to ask for clean towels. The shower rod was loose so the curtain kept slipping causing water to get on the floor. The screws were coming up on the trim between the floor and the carpet so we had to put a towel to cover them so we didn't trip or stub a toe on them. The pool didn't look very clean. Wasn't filthy though. The room was small, but since we were using it just to sleep, it was okay.」

「It was very simple but very clean! We loved how everything was so clean and very well kept. There are no blow dryers so be aware of that, we had to go buy a nice one to use. But other then that is was very nice. The beds were very comfortable but load when you roll over. Probably because it’s on a hard floor. But again comfortable and very clean there.
