「The staff were horrible」

「This property is modern and comfortable with rustic ambiance that matches the surrounding area. the room was absolutely clean and everything was in great condition. The bed was comfortable. It was easy to access the Wifi, too. My first night, there were issues with loud guests in the middle of the night that went unresolved despite calling the front desk twice. (They were running up and down the hall and knocking on walls and trying to open room doors that were not theirs.) I spoke with...

「BEDBUGS!!! Stay away from this place, the lobby reeks of breast milk, the owners and his family live in the lobby, offer horrible service and the clientele it attracts are drug users. Cockroaches and bed bugs everywhere. I reported them to the city codes planning department.」

The rooms are in terrible condition, and do not at all look like the pictures online. The sheets were covered in someone's hair. The furniture was all broken or missing parts.
