"This was one of the most dirtiest hotels ive ever stayed at. The bathroom was disgusting, urine stains on toilet, floor was dirty, stains on sheets and pillows. If i could give it a negative start I would. Not to mention the sketch people outside looking like they are selling drugs and hookers. Loud people late at night and you could hear everything through the walls. Horrible."

"NOT GOOD AT ALL LEFT CAME BACK TO FIND OUT HOWARD JOHNSON CANCELLED MY RESERVATION AND DID NOT REFUND MY MONEY NOR MY DEPOSIT CLAIMING I DAMAGED A MATTRESSE NOT TRUE I CALLED EXPEDIA TO GET MY REFUND ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND STILL FIGHTING FOR MY DEPOSIT NOT GOOD ALSO I STAYED 5 DAYS AND THE ELECTRICITY WAS OUT FOR ABOUT 3 to 5 HOURS FOR 3DAYS IN A ROW KEEPES TURNING OFF AND ON FOR THAOE HOURS I AM DISABLED AND MY WIFE IS DIABETIC!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE AT ALL NOT EVEN FKR FREE !!!!"

"The room was nice. The air conditioner work amazingly, kept the room very cold. The water pressure in the shower was great with very hot water."

"It says that check-in is at 3 PM. I arrived five minutes before 3 PM. They told me my room wasn't ready to give them another 40 minutes. I stepped outside with the kids to get something to eat down the street. My husband stayed in the lobby waiting another family came and the guy at the front that was checking people in gave the other family the room first then when another coworker comes and say you gave the room away his been waiting my husband then the guy worker said that he didn't know we were a different family because there was a whole bunch of kids we look the same he was a tall white man felt really like he was being more racist than welcoming so he didn't know that my husband was waiting in the lobby because a different Hispanic family came with kids and gave them a room first when we got there first and been waiting overall we had to wait an hour to get our room at 4 PM instead of 3 PM for check in so just to check in was already bad that night my husband left my debit card on the counter where the microwave refrigerator is that we got up in the morning to have breakfast and need to San Diego Zoo me not grabbing my debit card because we were not using our cards we were using cash on the way home"

"The room was not clean. There were questionable spots all over the curtains and the shower curtain. The body wash container in the shower had something on it as well. Just a feeling of overall dirtiness. Front staff was very helpful. We had an issue with the TV and he came right up to the room to resolve. There was plenty of parking. It was easy to drive to the trolley to go into downtown. "

"Horrible experience reserved 2 rooms that should have been ready ay 3 checked in a little after 3 and 1 one was not ready theyvtold me ut was almost ready then i called to ask if it was ready the gentleman said he would call me back never did went to the lobby 3 hrs later and it turns out that our second room wasnt ready that something was wrong with it. I was never told they kept sayi g its almost ready then it turns out it had a maintamce issue and i was never told until i told them i been waiting for 3 hrs and they gave us a different room. Which i think we sould of been offered that since the beginning since it had maintenance issurs instead of making us wait 3hrs"

"it's obvious the rooms were remodeled some time ago, but the furniture looks like it's been abused. the beds were comfortable yet had noisy metal frames. The A/C worked well. the lady at the front desk was wonderful and went out of her way to help. "

"I wasn’t told that you had to request housekeeping by 11am that morning. You couldn’t turn on the TV with the remote, you had to manually do it plus TV is very small. "
